Fancy Dress and Uniform Hire from SHQHire

1.	Definition: "COSTUME" is any garment, accessory or other item hired from Squadron HQ Limited
2.	Definition "US" refers to Squadron HQ Limited, company registration number 6186214, VAT Registration Number 916 8851 87, of 121 Kentish Town Road, London, NW1 8PB
3.	Definition: "YOU" refers to the person or organistion who enters into a hire agreement with Squadron HQ Limited
4.	All costumes remain the property of Squadron HQ Limited at all times
5.	Costume hire is for 2 nights only, from date of receipt from us to you, to date of posting from you to us
6.	All costumes are subject to a returnable deposit, agreed and paid at time of hire
7.	Extra days' hire are charged at £20 per day plus VAT
8.	Late returns are charged at £20 per day plus VAT
9.	All costumes are sent by us via Royal Mail Next Day Delivery
10.	All costumes must be returned by you using Royal Mail Next Day Delivery at your cost
11.	Proof of posting and tracking number is required so you must retain all receipts and tracking information. No other proof of posting, other than official Royal Mail documents, will be accepted
12.	Non returns, for any reason, will be charged the full risk values listed for each single item of each costume hired
13.	Costumes must not be washed, pinned, sewn, or have iron badges or sticky labels applied to them. Non compliance with this requirement may incur repair or replacement costs for the costume
14.	The full cost of replacement for each costume will be charged if the costume is returned in a non-repairable condition, as determined by us
15.	If any part of the costume or any accessories are lost or broken you will be charged the single item risk value stated in the hire agreement
16.	If the costume requires professional cleaning services, as determined by us, upon return you will be charged accordingly from your deposit
17.	Limitations: - Not all of our costumes are available for hire via our postal service - Postal hires are limited to UK addresses only

As we're sure you understand, there are additional risks associated with postal hire. Many of our costumes are very valuable and some are fragile, therefore we do need to be quite explicit regarding the agreement we have with you when you enter into a postal hire agreement with us.
